Abstract

A correction driving roller of a printing apparatus, which is used for transporting a paper sheet, includes at least one toothed roller that includes a plurality of wheels (73) configured to be brought into contact with the paper sheet when the paper sheet is transported, and holders (74) that hold the wheels, and is constructed such that the plurality of wheels are fixed to the holders while being arrayed in an axial direction orthogonal to the side surfaces of the wheels. Cut portions are formed on the wheel and are spaced away from each other when the toothed roller is viewed in the axial direction.
