Abstract
A cross flow fan (44; 70; 170; 202; 208) to be incorporated into an aircraft (200) comprises a cross flow fan rotor (44; 74; 174) to be positioned in an aircraft (200), a drive arrangement for the cross flow fan rotor (44; 74; 174), and a plurality of vanes (82, 84, 85; 182, 184) positioned downstream of the cross flow fan rotor (44; 74; 174). An aircraft (200) is also disclosed.
