Abstract

Provided is a motor-operated valve (2) having high-precision flow controllability. A motor-operated valve in which the rotational motion of a rotor (4) is converted into a linear motion by screw threading between a male screw member (41a) and a female screw member (6d), and a valve element (17) housed in a valve body is moved in the axial direction based on this linear motion, and a back pressure chamber (28) is provided above the valve element to introduce a pressure in a valve port (16) to the back pressure chamber, including an urging spring (7) for urging the male screw member, and having a configuration in which the surface of one side of a thread formed on the male screw member urged by the urging spring is in contact with the surface on the other side of a thread formed on the female screw member.
