Abstract
The present disclosure generally relates to an end cap (234, 432) for a roller, and specifically to an end cap for a material spread roll in a harvester. The end cap comprises a base portion and a pin portion, wherein the pin portion inserts into a bearing mechanism (330, 540, 634) to allow the material spread roll to rotate, and wherein the base portion comprises several mechanism to prevent wrapping material stretched by the material spread roll from reaching the bearing mechanism.
