Abstract

A lens measurement device includes a first light source that irradiates a light flux having a first wavelength, a second light source that irradiates a light flux having a second wavelength different from the first wavelength, an index plate including a light transmitting part which allows the light flux having the first wavelength and the light flux having the second wavelength to pass through and a light blocking part which shields an area different from the light transmitting part by blocking the light flux having the first wavelength and transmitting the light flux having the second wavelength, a first image-capturing element that captures an index pattern image by the light flux having the first wavelength via a lens and the index plate, a second image-capturing element that captures a lens image by the light flux having the second wavelength via the lens and the index plate, and acquisition means for acquiring an optical characteristic of the lens based on the index pattern image captured by the first image-capturing element and acquiring lens information different from the optical characteristic of the lens based on the lens image captured by the second image-capturing element.
