Abstract
A power tool (100) includes a housing (10), a saw blade (53) for cutting a workpiece, a motor (51) for driving the saw blade to rotate about a first axis, a circuit board (55) for controlling the motor, a heat sink (20) for cooling, and a base plate (54) being formed with a flat surface for contacting with the workpiece during cutting. The housing includes a first containing portion(111) being formed with a first container (1111) for containing the motor (51), a second containing portion (112) extended along a direction substantially parallel to the flat surface from one of the two ends of the first containing portion along a direction substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The second containing portion (112) is formed with a second container (1121) which is communicated with the first container (1111). The circuit board (55) and the heat sink (20) are disposed in the second container (1121).
