Abstract

An organic light emitting display panel including a first electrode (ED1), a second electrode (ED2) on the first electrode, an organic layer (OL) between the first electrode and the second electrode and including at least one light emitting layer, an organic cover layer (MN) disposed on the second electrode, a lower layer (LL) between the organic cover layer (MN) and the second electrode (ED2) and including a first layer (IL1), a second layer (IL2), and a third layer (IL3), which are different from each other and are sequentially stacked, and an upper layer (UL) on the organic cover layer (MN). The first layer (IL1) contacts the second electrode (ED2). The second layer (IL2) and the third layer (IL3) each include a silicon compound.
