Abstract

The present invention refers to a method for the manufacturing of a battery system (200). The method comprises providing (S 1 ) a Battery Management System, BMS chip (150); assembling (S 2 ) a Printed Circuit Board, PCB (160); connecting and fixing (S 3 ) the BMS chip (150) to the PCB (160), to form a Cell Supervision Circuit, CSC (180); mounting (S 4 ) the CSC (180) onto one battery module (191) of a plurality of battery modules (190), and connecting the PCB (160) of the CSC (180) to at least one battery cell (195) of the at least one battery module (191). Furthermore, the method comprises the step of electrically interconnecting (S 5 ) the at least one battery module (191) and another one of the plurality of battery modules (190). The step of mounting (S 4 ) and/or of electrically interconnecting (S 5 ) further comprises the step of calibrating (S 6 ) the BMS chip (150).
