Abstract

A restraint arrangement (350) for an evacuation slide (100) may comprise a first strap (310) configured to be disposed along a length of the evacuation slide (100), and a second strap (312) configured to be disposed along the length of the evacuation system (104), wherein the first strap (310) is coupled to the second strap (312), the first strap (310) is coupled to the evacuation system (100) via a first plurality of attachment members (320) along the length of the evacuation system (100), the second strap (312) is coupled to the evacuation slide (100) via a second plurality of attachment members (322) along the length of the evacuation system (104), and the first strap (310) is configured to separate from the second strap (312) in response to a predetermined load.
