Abstract
A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE. In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a configuration which indicates functionalities of each symbol within a set of symbols (2105). The method also includes the UE determining a slot structure for a slot according to a group common PDCCH associated with the slot and the configuration (2110).
