Abstract

A base set of a brake fluid pressure control device for a vehicle, includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped first base in which a brake fluid passage for a first system and a brake fluid passage for a second system are formed, and a substantially rectangular parallelepiped second base in which a brake fluid passage for a first system is formed. In the first base, in one face, assembling-component mounting holes in which assembling components are to be mounted are formed. In the first base, on one side of a reference line passing through a center of the one face, the brake fluid passage and an assembling-component mounting hole for the first system are formed, and on the other side of the reference line, the brake fluid passage and an assembling-component mounting hole for the second system are formed. In the second base, the brake fluid passage and an assembling-component mounting hole for the first system having the same configuration as those of the first base are formed.
