Abstract

The present invention provides a display system (100, 200, 300) for displaying a three dimensional object (150), the display system (100, 200, 300) comprising a plurality of display units (101 - 103, 201, 202, 301 - 303, 314, 315), a motion device (104, 204, 304), which is mechanically coupled to the display units (101 - 103, 201, 202, 301 - 303, 314, 315) and is configured to position the display units (101 - 103, 201, 202, 301 - 303, 314, 315) according to a shape of the three dimensional object (150), and an image controller (105), which is electronically coupled to the display units (101 - 103, 201, 202, 301 - 303, 314, 315) and is configured to display an image (112) of the three dimensional object (150) on the display units (101 - 103, 201, 202, 301 - 303, 314, 315). The present invention further provides a respective display method.
