Abstract

A drench system (100) includes a rotating mount (102) to rotate a workpiece, a showerhead (104) to dispense a fluid onto the workpiece; and a tray (106) to collect the fluid and recirculate the fluid to the showerhead (104). A method of repairing or remanufacturing a coating (80) includes abrading a surface to at least partially remove a portion of a coating (80) to leave an abraded surface (302A); applying a sol-gel over the abraded surface (302A); applying a corrosion resistant primer (88) onto the sol-gel; and applying an erosion coating (90) onto the corrosion resistant primer (88).
