Abstract

Provided is a hot-water supply unit (100), comprising: a heating mechanism (710); a tank (300); water pipes (741c, 741 d); refrigerant pipes (741 a, 741b); a pipe receiver (621) having U-shaped receiving surfaces (624), an inner side of each receiving surface receiving one end part of one of the pipes, the pipe receiver being configured such that the pipes are arranged in a predetermined sequence, the pipe receiver receiving the pipes to be positioned substantially linearly in a plane view; and fixing plates (630) fixed to the pipe receiver, each fixing plate corresponding to two receiving surfaces and configured to sandwich the water pipes or the refrigerant pipes with the corresponding receiving surfaces, wherein: the pipe receiver is fixed to a main frame (600) or a housing (200) of the hot-water supply unit such that each tunnel-shaped space defined by each receiving surface and the fixing plate extends along a substantially vertical direction.
