Abstract

A power dissipation monitoring method includes receiving a measurement of current flow through an electrical device and calculating heat dissipation from the electrical device using the current flow measurement. The calculated heat dissipation is displayed on a user interface (106) in real-time with acquisition of the current measurement. Power dissipation monitoring system (100) and electrical load managements systems are also described.
