Abstract

The invention relates to a method, an improvement node (10), a system and a computer program for computing an improvement result (r) for a runtime environment (RTE) of at least one application (A), on a device (D) in a medical context The method comprises to detect (S1) a state (st) of the runtime environment (RTE) on the device (D); to access (S3) a database (DB) with the detected state (st) in order to retrieve (S4) at least one corresponding candidate improvement result (c); to use the retrieved candidate improvement result (c) for test-wise execution (S5) on a test infrastructure (14) in which the detected state (st) of the runtime environment (RTE) is provided identically. The method continues to measure (S6) improvement parameters (par) of the test-wise execution and if the measured improvement parameters (par) meet predefined requirements (req): the method adds (S7) the candidate improvement result (c) to the improvement result (r).
