Abstract

A device for use in animal feeding, in particular to test the reaction of an animal to an odourant material (9) is provided. The devicecomprisesan outer container (1);an inner feeding bowl (2), the inner feeding bowl (2) having side walls and a solid base (3) and being accommodatable In said outer container (1);an odour chamber for holding odourant material (9) arranged below the inner feeding bowl (2) within the outer container (1);and a vent arranged to allow odours from the chamber to exit the device between the outer container (1) and the side walls of the inner feeding bowl (2).Method for using the device are also described and claimed.
