Abstract
A tread (11) for a tire (10) is disclosed. The tread (11) comprises a plurality of circumferential ribs (12, 14, 16), at least one, several or all of the ribs (12, 14, 16) having sipes (100) extending in a zigzag manner as the sipes extend axially across the respective rib (12, 14, 16) and also extending in a zigzag manner as the sipes (100) extend radially inward from a radially outer surface of the respective rib (12, 14, 16).
