Abstract

A locking pin assembly (30) for a cargo loading system includes a shaft (40), a first retention pin (42), a second retention pin (44), and a synchronizer (46). The shaft (40) defines a first shaft groove (64) and a second shaft groove (66). The first retention pin and the second retention pin are disposed within the shaft. The synchronizer (42) is disposed about the shaft (40) and defines a first synchronizer groove (114) that crosses over the first shaft groove (64) and a second synchronizer groove (116) that crosses over the second shaft groove (66).
