Abstract

<div notation="docdba" type="abstract" xml:base="/api/emi/section/d27b289d-a5cd-4e3c-9315-41145bfc228c/image" xml:lang="en"><p>The present invention relates to a tobacco product package (10) that comprises at least two, preferably five or more, cylindrically shaped tobacco products (11) aligned in an alignment direction. A wrapping (20) is sheathed around the tobacco products (11) and covers at least part of the outer surfaces of the aligned tobacco products (11). A tear strip (30) is disposed in the alignment direction along the wrapping (20) and is configured for tearing apart the wrapping (20) when being pulled by a user. According to the present invention, the tear strip (30) has at least one weakening line (31) positioned in the vicinity of an interface (14) of adjacent tobacco products (11).</p></div>
