Abstract

A power supply monitoring apparatus includes a first controller 15 to be supplied with electric power via a first power supply path, a second controller 25 to be supplied with the electric power via a second power supply path, a first power supplying and interrupting device 10 configured to switch a connected state and an interrupted state of the first power supply path depending on the electric power supplied from a power supply, and a second power supplying and interrupting device 20 configured to switch a connected state and an interrupted state of the second power supply path depending on the electric power supplied from the power supply. The first controller inspects switching of the connected state and the interrupted state by the second power supplying and interrupting device when the power supply is turned ON. The second controller inspects switching of the connected state and the interrupted state by the first power supplying and interrupting device when the power supply is turned ON.
