Abstract

A turbine section (28) for a gas turbine engine (20) includes a turbine blade (102) that extends radially outwardly to a radially outer tip (103) and for rotation about an axis of rotation (A). A blade outer air seal (104) has a plurality of segments (105) arranged circumferentially about the axis of rotation (A) and mounted in a support structure (110) radially outward of the outer tip (103). Each of the segments (105) have a radially inner surface (R1) and a radially outer surface (R2) and four hooks (116, 118, 120, 122) protruding radially outward from the radially outer surface (R2) and extending along the segment (105) in an axial direction.
