Abstract

Provided is an air-conditioner (300), comprising: a first main air channel (331) with a first heat exchanger (341); a second main air channel (332) with a second heat exchanger (342, 343); a supply ventilation channel (333); and an airflow regulator (351, 352, 353, 354). The airflow regulator is configured to regulate a flow of each of at least first passing air, second passing air and ventilation intake air. The first passing air is air being air that has been taken in through a return-air inlet (321) and to be discharged through a supply-air outlet (322). The second passing air is air that has been taken in through an outside-air inlet (323) and to be discharged through an exhaust-air outlet (324). The ventilation intake air is air that has been taken in through the outside-air inlet and to be discharged through the supply-air outlet.
