Abstract

A power analyzer system for correlating power consumption and RF signals of a device under test (12) has a RF sensor unit (16), a power probe unit (18) and an analysis device (20) being a physically separate device from the RF sensor unit (16) and the power probe unit (18). The analysis device (20) has a standardized interface module (28) by which the analysis device (20) is connected to the RF sensor unit (16) and the power probe unit (18). The analysis device (20) is configured to control the RF sensor unit (16) and the power probe unit (18) and to synchronously display a representation of the RF signal of the device under test (12) and a representation of the power consumption of the device under test (12).
