Abstract

A vehicle lighting system (202) for a vehicle comprising a light guide (211) and a light dispensing device (210) configured to receive light from a light source (212) via the light guide (211) and emit the light into an interior of the vehicle. A first end (216) of the light guide (211) is coupled to the light source (212) and a second end (218) of the light guide (211) is coupled to the light dispensing device (210). The light dispensing device (210) includes a textile (220) configured to dispense the light from the light guide (211) to an interior of the vehicle and a reflector (240) configured to reflect the light within the light dispensing device (210) that is received from the light guide (211) towards the textile (220).
