Abstract
A vibration actuator comprises a contact member (4) that moves relative to a vibrator device (10) which includes a plurality of vibrators (1, 2, 3) that are electrically connected in series, and a plurality of inductors (5, 6, 7) that are connected in parallel to the respective vibrators. The actuator is capable of reducing difference of vibration velocities when the contact member is driven by the plurality of vibrators.
