Abstract

Embodiments of the invention are shown in the figures, where a system is presented for detecting a heat exchanger blockage, comprising: a heat exchanger (41) and a bypass (42) for the heat exchanger (41); a temperature sensor (43) for measuring a temperature of a fluid (F1) downstream the heat exchanger (41); and a control system (45) adapted to detect a bypass opening based on the measured fluid temperature, and to provide a signal indicating the bypass opening in response to the detection of the bypass opening.
