Abstract

A sealer trolley for use with a splice table is provided. The sealer trolley is configured to seal an incoming web of packaging material to an existing web of packaging material during a splicing operation. The sealer trolley comprises a cutting unit with a blade arranged to cut the incoming web of packaging material at a slanted angle. A splice table comprising such a sealer trolley and a method for splicing is also provided.
