Abstract

A cutting device (14) includes a drive mechanism (17, 40) for causing displacement of a cutting blade (15, 47) toward a cutting position on a securing member (16) side which pinches a route with the cutting blade (15, 47) provided for each route of a fiber bundle (2). The drive mechanism (17, 40) includes a plate-shaped movable unit (21, 43) provided for each of the cutting blades (15, 47), to which the cutting blade (15, 47) is attached, a support unit (18, 41) supporting the movable unit (21, 43) to be displaceable and facing the movable unit (21, 43) in a plate-shaped part, a permanent magnet (35, 45) provided on one side in the movable unit (21, 43) and the plate-shaped part (20, 42), and an exciting coil (36, 47) provided on the other side. The permanent magnet (35, 45) and the exciting coil (36, 47) are provided so that the movable unit (21, 43) is displaced as the exciting coil (36, 47) is excited.
