Abstract
A method of manufacturing a rotor blade (100) for a wind turbine is described. The method comprises forming an outer shell portion (115) of the rotor blade (100) at least partially surrounding a cavity (114); arranging a deformable material (112) in the cavity (114); and hardening the deformable material (112) in the cavity (114). The shape of the deformable material (112) adapts to the shape of the cavity (114). Furthermore, a corresponding intermediate-product rotor blade and a corresponding final-product rotor blade are described.
