Abstract
A household appliance (100) is configured to implement an automatic cycle of operation for treating an article. The household appliance (100) includes a treating chamber (16) configured to receive the article for treatment according to the automatic cycle of operation. A sump (14) is fluidly coupled to the treating chamber (16). A liquid circuit (22) is fluidly coupled to at least one of the treating chamber (16) or the sump (14). An immersible heater (90) is located within the sump (14). A mechanical vibrator (230) physically coupled to the immersible heater (90).
