Abstract
This disclosure describes a surgical implant device (100) comprising a body (102) that includes a porous material (106) forming at least a portion of the body, wherein the porous material is configured to promote bone ingrowth and is porous to a fluid. In addition, one or more fluid channels (120) are formed in the body. The one or more fluid channels are arranged to define a fluidic path that exits into the porous material.
