Abstract

The invention relates to a mirror system (1) for mounting a mirror of a Head-Up Display, the system (1) comprising a mirror mount (2) and a housing (3), wherein the mirror mount (2) is pivotably mounted in the housing (3) and the housing (3) comprises a position adjusting means (4) interacting with a protrusion (5) of the mirror mount (2) for moving the mirror mount (2) with respect to the housing (3), wherein the position adjusting means (4) comprises a rotatable cam wheel (6) with a guide (7) for guiding the protrusion (5), wherein the cam wheel (6) is configured to move the protrusion (5) in a direction substantially perpendicular to an axis (B) of rotation of the cam wheel for pivoting the mirror mount (2) when the cam wheel (6) is rotated.
