Abstract

A connector (1) includes a housing (11) fitted into or detached from a mating housing, and a fitting detection member (20) assembled to a member housing section (13) of the housing (11) and detecting a fitting completion. The fitting detection member (20) includes a locked portion (24) locked to or detached from a lock section of a flexible lock arm, and a flexible arm section (23) provided with a slip-off prevention locking section (25) locked to or detached from a locking protrusion (14) of the member housing section (13), and when fitting of both the housings is released, the flexible arm section (23) is bent and deformed in a direction in which a locking margin (S) between the locking protrusion (14) of the member housing section (13) and the slip-off prevention locking section (25) of the flexible arm section (23) increases.
