A retaining table (120) for use with a fluid processing system includes a plate (124) having a generally flat top surface with opposed first and second ends (125a, 125b) and opposed first and second lateral edges (127a, 127b) for supporting a disposable container, a first retaining structure (122, 132) connected to the plate along the first end, and a second retaining structure (130, 134) connected to the plate along the second end.
