Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a cutter apparatus, a cutting tool, and a method for manufacturing a cutter apparatus. The cutter apparatus comprises a first blade and a second blade, the first blade and second blade being configured to move relative to one another in an operable fashion, the first blade having a first hardness, and the second blade having a second hardness different from the first hardness. Also disclosed in the present invention are a cutting tool, and a method for manufacturing a cutter apparatus. The cutter apparatus and cutting tool according to embodiments of the present invention have better wear resistance and usefulness, lower power consumption and a longer service life.
