Abstract

A detachable device (100) having an arithmetic apparatus (402) and capable of attaching/detaching to/from an electric device obtains an instruction for a reconfiguration from the electric device. The detachable device, prior to the reconfiguration being executed, saves, to a storage unit, state information that represents a state of an interface of the arithmetic apparatus that is for receiving a signal from the electric device; and sets the state of the interface using the state information after a predetermined standby time.
