Abstract

A system is disclosed that display configured to transmit a signal that includes a first light (108) configured as a display image and a second light (112) configured as a reference image. The system also includes a beam splitter (116), a selectively transmissive mirror (124) and a sensor (128) configured to detect the second light (112). The beam splitter (116) is configured to receive the signal from the display and reflect the signal to the selectively transmissive mirror (124). The selectively transmissive mirror (124) is configured to receive the reflected signal, transmit the second light (112) toward a sensor (128), and reflect the first light (108), wherein the first light (108) is configured with a first bandwidth, wherein the second light (112) is configured with a second bandwidth. The system further includes a corrector lens (216) configured to receive the first light (108) and transmit the first light (108) to an exit pupil.
