Abstract

The invention relates to a process for the photolithographic preparation of a circuit board using a photoresist based on poly((meth)acrylate) organogels. The organogel photoresist shows a high intrinsic efficiency of photodegradability when irradiated with UV light. Furthermore, no developer solution is needed in the photolithographic process.
