Abstract
A device for producing a continuous foamed plate with rectangular profile from a composite material consisting of ground household glass waste and a product obtained from burnt rice grains husks comprises an initial section (3), heating sections (4), cooling sections (6), pulling sections (8) and (9) and cutting section (13), connected in series. A horizontally located continuous lightweight mesh band (7), which forms the upper side of the rectangular profile (2), is located between the initial section (3) and the pulling section (8). Between the initial section (3) and the pulling section (9) is located a horizontally continuous conveying mesh band (1), which forms the lower side of the rectangular profile (2).
