Abstract

Disclosed is an axial adapter (1) for a kitchen appliance driven by an electric motor, adapted to be mounted to the kitchen appliance and adapted to carry an attachment of the kitchen appliance, wherein the adapter (1) has a housing (2) which is opened at its opposite end faces and inside which a clutch (12) is positioned rotatably in order to transfer a rotation of a motor output shaft and a motor torque to the attachment, wherein the clutch (12) is in rotatable form-fit engagement with a bushing (14) which is firmly clamped between a first part (16) of the adapter (1) and a second part (18) of the adapter (1) opposite to the first adapter part (16).
