Abstract
The present disclosure concerns a supporting plate (1) for a microwave oven (10), comprising a substrate layer (1s) configured for supporting food items to be cooked in said microwave oven (10) and at least a first coating layer (1c) at least partially juxtaposed and in contact with the substrate layer (1s), wherein the coating layer (1c) is configured to be heated by means of an electromagnetic radiation in use irradiated by the microwave oven (10) and wherein the coating layer (1c) is a multilayer coating comprising at least a first layer (1c') and a second layer (1c"); the coating layer (1c) comprising at least one between a ferritic material and a boron nitride compound.
