Abstract
According to an arrangement, a route planning device (10) includes a tentative route calculation module (20A) and a via point addition module (20B). The tentative route calculation module (20A) calculates a tentative route (50) passing through a plurality of tour points (40, 40A, 40B) disposed in a virtual space that is acquired by removing an obstacle (46) from a space including the obstacle. The via point addition module (20B) derives a route (60) with one or more via points (48, 48A, 48B, 48C) added around an interference point between the obstacle included in the space and the tentative route with a calculation accuracy corresponding to a precision of via point calculation.
