Abstract

Provided are a heat-generating assembly, a cooking appliance, and a cooking device. The heat-generating assembly includes a first inorganic layer, a heat-generating layer, and a second inorganic layer that are stacked sequentially. The heat-generating layer includes a first side portion, a second side portion, and two end portions opposite to each other. The first side portion is connected to a surface of the first inorganic layer. The second side portion is connected to a surface of the second inorganic layer. Each of the two end portions is connected to the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer and has a recess. The recess extends towards an interior of the heat-generating layer. Therefore, an air gap is formed between an edge of each of the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer and the corresponding end portion of the heat-generating layer. When the heat-generating assembly is adhered to a container body, air is present within the air gap. The recess formed at the end portion can effectively increase a stress area, and thus forces exerted on interfaces between the first inorganic layer, the second inorganic layer, and the heat-generating assembly and the container body are relatively small. As a result, service life of the heat-generating assembly can be effectively improved.
