Abstract

An ophthalmic apparatus includes an objective lens, an OCT optical system, an optical axis switching member, a controller, and an intraocular parameter calculator. The OCT optical system is configured to project the measurement light onto a subject's left eye or a subject's right eye via the objective lens, the subject's left eye being arranged on a first measurement optical axis, the subject's right eye being arranged on a second measurement optical axis, and to detect interference light between returning light of the measurement light from the subject's left eye or the subject's right eye and the reference light having traveled through a reference optical path. The optical axis switching member is configured to switch an optical axis of the OCT optical system so that the optical axis of the OCT optical system approximately coincides with the first measurement optical axis or the second measurement optical axis. The controller is configured to control the optical axis switching member. The intraocular parameter calculator is configured to calculate an intraocular parameter of the subject's left eye or the subject's right eye based on a detection result of the interference light acquired in a state where the optical axis of the OCT optical system is switched so that the optical axis of the OCT optical system approximately coincides with the first measurement optical axis or the second first measurement optical axis.
