Abstract

A turbine engine (10) comprises a compressor section (12), a combustion section (14) , and a turbine section (16) in serial flow arrangement. The combustion section (14) has a combustor (30, 130) comprising a combustor liner (40, 140), a fuel supply (54, 154) and a fuel nozzle assembly (38, 138). The fuel nozzle assembly (38, 138) comprises a body (171) having a nozzle outlet (172, 172A, 172B), an air flow passage (174, 174P), a fuel flow passage (175, 175A, 175B, 175C, 175P) and at least one swirler (176, 178) located in at least one of the fuel flow passage (175, 175A, 175B, 175C, 175P) or the air flow passage (174, 174P) upstream of the nozzle outlet (172, 172A, 172B).
