Abstract

A method of combining primary image content and secondary image content for display on a display device in or on a vehicle for road use is disclosed. The method comprises:providing primary image content and secondary image content, wherein the secondary image content is based on a signal provided by at least one camera of the vehicle, and the primary image content is not based on a signal provided by said at least one camera of the vehicle; andcombining the primary image content and the secondary image content to generate combined image content for display on the display device,wherein combining the primary image content and the secondary image content to generate the combined image content is done in such a way that the secondary image content represents less than a predetermined percentage of the combined image content, wherein the predetermined percentage is less than 80%.
