Abstract

A film electrode structure includes a detection target film, a first electrode portion, and a second electrode portion. The first electrode portion is contacted with a lower surface of the detection target film. The second electrode portion is contacted with an upper surface of the detection target film and at least partly opposes to the first electrode portion with the detection target film interposed therebetween. The first electrode portion includes a first contact region and a first exposed region. The first contact region includes a first opposing portion contacted with the detection target film and opposing to the second electrode portion. The first exposed region is exposed from the detection target film.
