Abstract

A cover (1) for an illuminating and imaging system (2), said system comprising an infrared light source (6) and an image capture apparatus (3), said cover comprises: - a window (20) designed to extend over the infrared light source and the image capture apparatus; and - an separator (13), the window comprising a back surface (21) in contact with the separator and a front surface (22) opposite to the back surface, the separator being positioned with respect to the window in such manner as to be interposed between the light source and the image capture apparatus to prevent direct illumination of the image capture apparatus by the light source. Said cover comprises a layer (30) adapted to absorb infrared light, the layer extending on the front surface of the window such as to face at least partly the separator
