Abstract
A speed control method for a marine vessel that is able to further improve the riding comfort of a marine vessel navigating in ocean waves is provided. The speed control method for the marine vessel includes applying a subtraction processing to a throttle opening of a power source of the marine vessel based on a vertical speed of a hull of the marine vessel.
